We Love Pets! The Woods provides a range of greenbelt areas for recreation. We also have beautiful designated pet areas with DogiPot Stations.
- We welcome most small and large breed dogs, and do not have a pet weight limit.
- We allow a maximum of 2 pets per apartment home.
- Pet deposits are refundable at $150 per pet, 20 lbs and under, and a $250 deposit for 21 lbs and over. There is non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet and a monthly fee of $10 per pet.
